I’m a UX Designer with 8 years of experience, with the most recent 4 years designing e-commerce experiences across web and app. I love finding ways to make the online shopping journey inspiring, easy, and performant.
My current work at Gap Inc. spans both site and app and the end-to-end shopping journey, from discovery and product education through outfitting, checkout, and post-purchase.
I'm interested in how UX can be enhanced with AI innovation at the right moments. I partner closely with research teams to make sure new solutions are always rooted in real insights. I also use AI throughout my design process to rapidly ideate, prototype, synthesize insights, and uncover blind spots. I see it as a force multiplier for my design practice.

Before Gap, I worked across early-stage startups, where I designed products through ambiguity and helped bring new ideas from concept to launch.
Originally from Menlo Park, I now call San Francisco home.
I have a degree in Human Centered Design & Engineering with a concentration in human-computer interaction (HCI) from the University of Washington.
